UPDATE: Galt Gardens death deemed non-suspicious

UPDATE: Lethbridge Police Service have deemed the death of a 64-year-old man on March 30th as non-suspicious.

Lethbridge police officers and the forensic identification unit are on scene in Galt Gardens investigating after a body was found in the area.

MyLethbridgeNow.com is able to confirm the scene is close to the side of the park nearest the Southern Alberta Art Gallery.

Lethbridge Police Service officials say there is no risk to public safety and officers are expected to be on scene until mid-morning.

Police say they can not release details of the ongoing investigation.
