No injuries reported after westside house fire

No injuries have been reported after a house fire in west Lethbridge on April 26.

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency crews responded to the residential fire around 5:40 p.m.

Crews from four stations arrived at the home along the 200 block of Heritage Boulevard West and were able to quickly extinguish a fire burning through a kitchen window.

Officials say there is extensive fire damage to the main floor kitchen and smoke damage throughout the home and damages are estimated at $350,000.

The family was not home at the time of the fire and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
