City looks for feedback on phase one snow routes

The City of Lethbridge is looking for feedback on changes to snow clearing routes this past winter.

For the 2022/2023 season, the city implemented phase one snow routes and it is looking to hear from people who live and work on the routes. The changes included temporary parking bans and the city says it specifically wants to hear from people who regularly use affected parking lanes. It also wants feedback from residents who live adjacent to phase one routes.

Residents who live along the route and have the Lethbridge Loop app or have signed up for notifications will get a link to a survey and the city says feedback will be used to help inform implementation of the second phase of snow route changes for next winter.

People who complete the survey and live in affected areas will have a chance to win a ride-along with street operations and a leaf/snow blower. The city says a winner will be notified by mid-June.
