The City of Lethbridge is looking for artists to its Reconciliation Pop-Up Gallery that will be displayed during Reconciliation Week from September 25th to 30th.
Any and all artists within city limits is encouraged and eligible to apply for the week-long gallery that will be displayed in City Hall. This years theme is ‘Reconciliation through the Arts’ and any selected works will be eligible for a $200 honorarium from the Reconciliation Lethbridge Advisory Committee.
Those interested in submitting their work are to submit a maximum of three artworks, with the title, medium, dimensions and year of completion for each submission, a hi-res image of the artwork, brief artist bio, and a short artist statement. Submissions can be sent to [email protected].
The chosen artwork will be decided through a selection committee.
The deadline for submission is July 30th at 5 p.m., and more information is available on the city’s website.
