One person has died after a small plane crashed into a field north-east of the Claresholm airport.
According to RCMP, officers were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m. Monday. The pilot, a 24-year-old woman from London, Ontario, was declared deceased on scene and was the lone occupant of the aircraft.
Officials say the investigation has been handed over to Transport Canada.
