Lethbridge property assessment notices to be mailed out this week

Residential and commercial property owners in the area can expect to receive their property assessments notices soon.

The notices were mailed on Jan. 3 and those who don’t receive their notices by Jan. 17 are asked to call 311 to get their copy.

Those who signed up for eNotices should receive their notice to whatever email was used to set up their MyCity account.

Residents are also able to view and print assessments by registering their property through MyCity on the City of Lethbridge website.

Any questions related to property assessments can be relayed to 311 or by email. If a resident has met with a City Assessor and is not satisfied with the value of their property, a formal complaint can be filed before the appeal deadline.
