Lethbridge Police are looking for suspects wanted in connection to a street robbery.
A 53-year-old woman told police that she had been confronted by two unknown females Monday evening (Sep. 16) near 7 Street and 1 Avenue South.
One of the suspects grabbed her wheelchair, while another took an undisclosed amount of cash out of the victim’s hand. The victim was struck in the head with an object before both subjects fled northbound on 7 Street.
The two females are described as about 5’9”, and were wearing Halloween masks, black hoodies and black pants. One of the women had a high-pitched voice.
