Lethbridge Polytechnic hosting public safety networking event 

Prospective students interested in public safety careers are invited to attend the “Pathway to Public Safety Networking Day” from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday in the Trades, Technologies and Innovation Facility main hallway and Founders’ Square at Lethbridge Polytechnic.

Instructors from Criminal Justice – Policing and Correctional Studies diploma and degree programs will be joined by a variety of industry partners, including the RCMP, police services from Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, the Canadian Armed Forces, emergency communications specialists, correctional services, police dispatch agencies, support program providers and other justice-related organizations to speak with attendees about the importance of a career in public safety. 

Attendance is free. Registration is required. Students currently enrolled in any of Lethbridge Polytechnic’s criminal justice programs will enjoy exclusive access to the event beginning at 9 a.m.
