City of Lethbridge Remembrance Day service level changes 

Monday is Remembrance Day, as the City of Lethbridge will have service level changes. 

Lethbridge 3-1-1 

The Lethbridge 3-1-1 Contact Centre will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

3-1-1 in person at City Hall will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

The City’s 24/7 self-service site is available at 311.lethbridge.ca to help with any questions. For urgent issues, a 24-hr trouble line is available by calling 3-1-1.

City Hall will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Waste and Recycling 

The Waste and Recycling Centre will be closed. There is no change to curbside collection, as it does not occur on Mondays. 

Pools and Arenas

Community Animal Services 

Community Animal Services and the Lethbridge Animal Shelter will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The public can access services on the website, including dog licence payments, appointment booking, online complaint reporting and searching a list of found pets impounded at the shelter. For emergency animal control matters call 403-320-4099 

Transit Service 

Ride-on-Demand and Fixed Route transit schedules will run on Sunday service. The Lethbridge Transit customer service desk at City Centre station will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Access-A-Ride 

Access-A-Ride booking and customer service will be closed. Regular booking hours will resume Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Galt Museum and Archives/Fort Whoop-Up 

The Galt Museum is closed Mondays. Regular hours will resume Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fort Whoop-Up is closed for the season. 

Helen Schuler Nature Centre 

The Helen Schuler Nature Centre will be closed. Regular exhibit hours will resume Tuesday from 1-4 p.m.

Lethbridge Public Library 

Both branches of the Lethbridge Public Library will be closed. Regular hours will resume Tuesday.
