Public asked to keep eye out for wanted 40-year-old man

UPDATE: The Lethbridge Police Service has confirmed that 40-year-old Nicholas Rodney Scout has been located and is in police custody.

Police are turning to the public for help locating a 40-year-old man wanted on outstanding warrants.

According to Lethbridge Police officials, Nicholas Rodney Scout is wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with a release order.

Anyone who has seen the 40-year-old or knows where he is located is asked to contact the Lethbridge Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
