Police asking for help to locate man wanted on outstanding drug warrants

Police in Lethbridge are asking for help to find a man wanted on outstanding drug warrants. 

The Lethbridge Police Service says 51-year-old Leon Steven Cugnet is wanted on two warrants for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the LPS at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25000350. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers online or by calling 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). 

This notice is part of the LPS’ use of CompStat, which is a data-driven crime reduction plan where statistics are used to identify high-crime areas, notable offenders and the best ways to deploy police resources.
