Cyclists are also encouraged to wear a helmet along with bright clothing to make them more visible and not to forget to have some sort of noise indicator such as a bell or horn.
Police also advise bikers to stay to the right of the bike lane and watch to opening of vehicle doors and make sure to ride in the bike lanes in the same direction as as the flow of vehicle traffic.
