Power outages planned for north Lethbridge next week

Residents in north Lethbridge can anticipate power outages next week.

The City says outages are planned on Tuesday, September 9, as crews rebalance circuits in the St. Edwards and Winston Churchill areas.

Roughly 600 properties in those neighbourhoods will be without power between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The City notes that those impacted by the outages should remember to:

  • Park their vehicles outside beforehand, as garage doors will not work;
  • Treat intersections with non-functioning traffic lights as four-way stops.

More information about power outages in the community is on the City website.
