Wind warning issued for southern Alberta

Southern Alberta, including the Lethbridge region, is under a wind warning with gusts up to 100 kilometres an hour.

According to Environment and Climate Change Canada, motorists should prepare for challenging driving conditions and remain alert to sudden changes.

Winds are expected to weaken later this afternoon into the evening.
