SUCCESS STORIES

The WCLC says the biggest win of the year went to a couple in Grande Prairie, who won $54 million on the December 28, 2024 LOTTO 6/49 Gold Ball Draw, but waited to claim their prize until February 2025.

Another winner, from Lethbridge, won prizes three times in the span of nine months, with the third prize coming in May.

The winner took home a $1 million prize on the May 3 LOTTO 6/49 Gold Ball draw.

That followed a $500,000 LOTTO MAX win in August 2024, and another $1 million win in November 2024.
