CRH Foundation Christmas Tree Festival raises more than $160,000

Another hugely successful Christmas Tree Festival for the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation.

The annual gala and auction took place Wednesday night at the ENMAX Centre. This year, over $160,000 was raised.

CRH Foundation Executive Director, Jason VandenHoek says once again they are blown away by the support shown by individuals and businesses in Lethbridge and surrounding area. “There was a great deal of excitement around this year’s auction and we had an amazing evening.” A listing of all tree buyers, sponsors and decorators will be published in the Lethbridge Herald in the coming weeks.”

In total, more than 5,000 people visited the Festival, with 24 trees on display.

All the funds raised by this year’s Christmas Tree auction are earmarked to support the ongoing renovation and redevelopment of the Mental Health area at Chinook Regional Hospital.
