The ski season is starting early at Castle Mountain.
The resort west of Pincher Creek says it will be holding a special sneak-peak weekend this Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 30-Dec. 1), making this the earliest opening in more than ten years.
Castle received 50 cm of snow on Wednesday alone and upwards of 60 cm in the past two days as part of this storm which has been hammering southwest Alberta.
