Canada’s Angel Morgan: Paranormal expert, psychic, animal communicator

Angel Morgan is one of North America’s most recognizable psychic mediums, paranormal experts, and pet mediums/animal communicators.

Morgan spent years as an in-house psychic on a talk radio show, hosted her own television show entitled Raising Energy, and has appeared on TV and radio across the globe.

“I work with guides, guardians, angels, and archangels. I’m free for all, so whoever of the light wants to come in, I let them,” she said.

The difference with Morgan is if someone’s alive, she also let’s them come through. “So dead or alive doesn’t make a difference.”

Morgan sometimes hears the voices of the ancestors, as she connects with the ancient ones. “Sometimes they hold the door open and any question you have will be answered by them, or they’ll take us to a place where we can get that answer.”

One of Morgan’s jobs is to enlighten or inform people, as to how it all works, and she doesn’t just give a reading and that’s that.

“I like to do the reading, but also share the information as to how it’s done,” she noted.

Today, her life is dedicated to how she can serve others. “You grow into it. The people you know and the ceremonies I go to. It’s the most astounding life,” Morgan shared.

Morgan offers personal readings for humans and pets.

“I do one-on-ones and I really lean into the animals because I love them and they’re amazing and that’s a very clear connection for me,” she explained.

If someone hasn’t done a reading before, it can be really scary for them, especially working with different cultural communities.

“A lot of them believe in black magic. I’m here to dispel a lot of beliefs around that,” she noted.

Unfortunately, mental health sometimes plays a role in someone’s beliefs, thoughts, and perspectives.

“We have a whole team we work with. If I can’t handle it, I’ll say this isn’t a psychic reading, and you need help that goes beyond me. Here’s someone who can help you. We have a website and you’ll see a whole list of crisis numbers, as well,” added Morgan.

When Morgan does a reading, she connects with spirit. “I believe the practical world has to work with the spiritual world. That’s a lot of the work I do.”

Morgan will also go on location to haunted locales for paranormal work. “If you see my home, we actually have a haunted items room. We’ve got Ouija boards and haunted dolls.”

One Ouija board she has in her possession was built by a criminal and it was supposedly bloodied by him.

“We even have an 1891 original Ouija board before the Parker Brothers got it. We have a lot. My world touches a lot of different things, and I even have a podcast about it,” she noted.

From the perspective of a psychic, Morgan likes to visit haunted locales to “test the lie,”  so to speak.

“I specifically went to the Driskill Hotel in Texas because it’s supposed to be so haunted. It was probably one of the most unnerving places I’ve ever been to,” she said. “I literally went around a corner to go to the elevator, and I saw a man go onto the elevator. I clicked the button and when it opened, nobody was there.”

“The voices, my bed was shaking at one point. I went from unnerved to annoyed to I’m really sad leaving because I’m starting to create a relationship with these entities. I love the paranormal work,” Morgan added.

Growing up, being a psychic wasn’t something on her radar, but a first encounter was when she was a child. “I had a dream. My great aunt was standing by this tree, and when I woke up, my mother was coming up the stairs and said, ‘your great aunt died.'”

Morgan told her mom she knew her great aunt passed away before hearing it. “I just saw her. She was wearing this black gown, and she was standing by this tree, which I now know to be the tree of life.”

Morgan was told not to talk about her dream, and most of her life, it was considered taboo.

“I started out as a non-believer because of this. I was a skeptic. It was when I started getting outside and riding mountain bikes, skiing and going out into nature and racing bikes that all of a sudden, I was having these weird dreams and I started having these encounters,” she explained.

It wasn’t until she went to Guatemala when a shaman told Morgan she was going to talk to animals and make a difference in the world, and she eventually took an animal communication course.

Morgan’s life was full of surprises, as she dabbled in acting and many other endeavours, with media becoming a big part of her life.

“I understood I’m supposed to be doing this with my life, not playing a character. I’m my own character,” she added.
