The City of Lethbridge Parks and Cemeteries team is continuing a cherished tradition this Father’s Day. To help honour the memory of loved ones, visitors at Mountain View Cemetery will be gifted a gerbera daisy.
The initiative began in 2018, with flowers offered on Mother’s and Father’s Day. The response was positive, and staff are pleased to continue the program. Father’s Day tends to be a busy day at the cemetery and staff want to help make the visit special.
Gerbera daisies are available to the first 250 visitors at the cemetery office. They’re available Sunday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. or until they’re gone.
