Lethbridge rental prices see a bump in July: Rentals.ca

Rental prices in Lethbridge saw an increase in July according to the latest report from Rentals.ca and Urbanation.

The National Rent Report for July has a one-bedroom apartment in the city on average being rented for $1,402 per month in July, a 19.5 per cent bump from the same time last year. While a two-bedroom apartment in the city on average is rented for an average of $1,525 per month, a 10.4 per cent year-over-year bump.

Across the province, the average rental price is $1,810, with a one-bedroom being rented for $1,216 and a two-bedroom on average costing $1,620.

The average rental price in Alberta is $1,810 per month, a 15 per cent bump from July 2023. Vancouver, Burnaby B.C., and Toronto reportedly have the most expensive rent in Canada for rent according to the report.
