UPDATE: Heavy police presence outside of Vauxhall completed

UPDATE: RCMP is thanking the community for their cooperation this afternoon. According to police the police operation in the area is done.

Taber/Vauxhall RCMP are advising the public there will be a heavy police presence in the Municipality of Taber, on Range Road 172, just outside Vauxhall.

At this time, there is no risk to the public. Please avoid the area.
