UPDATE: City hall to re-open Tuesday after closing because of sanitary-line leak

UPDATE: Lethbridge City Hall is re-opening on Tuesday, January 16th after being closed due to a sanitary-line leak on Monday, January 15th. As of 4 p.m. Monday, city officials reported the needed repairs were almost completed and clean up would be done overnight so the municipal facility can re-open Tuesday morning.

City hall is closed for emergency repairs after a sanitary line leak. Water has been shut off to the building and it is closed to the public and staff.

Those needing to do business at City Hall are asked to call 311 for assistance during this emergency closure,” reads a news release from the city. “Repairs and clean-up are expected to be complete by tomorrow afternoon and the public will be notified as soon as the building is able to reopen.”
