A Severe Thunderstorm WATCH has been issued for southeast Alberta, including Medicine Hat
The watch area covers Medicine Hat, Cypress Hills, Foremost, and Bow Island.
Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Scattered thunderstorms will occur today over parts of southern Alberta. Some of these thunderstorms may become severe.
