City opens survey on leasing Bowman Building

The city is looking for non-profits that are interested in leasing the Bowman Building.

A survey is open to non-profit organizations starting today that asks bout potential leasing details, including how the space would be used, hours of operation and how much space would be required.

“By providing your feedback it will help us finalize the development of a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) that accurately reflects the diverse needs of non-profit organizations. The RFEOI is scheduled to be released the by the end of January and will be used to select qualified non-profit organizations to enter lease negotiations,” reads a news release from the city.

The building has about 12,000 square feet of useable space for eligible organizations.

The survey is open until Dec. 22 and can be found online.
