Lethbridge among lowest Canadian cities for cost of rent

When it comes to how much money people pay for rent each month, Lethbridge happens to be one of the least expensive cities in the country.

According to rentals.ca, the average rent for a one bedroom place in Lethbridge is around $917 a month and for a two bedroom home, the average rent is roughly $1,014 a month.

In fact, Lethbridge is the least expensive in terms of the five Alberta cities on the list (Lethbridge, Calgary, Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Red Deer)

Along with Lethbridge, the other most affordable rental markets in Canada include Gatineau, Quebec as well as Saskatoon, Quebec City, and Red Deer.

The most expensive city in the entire country, meanwhile for rentals is in Toronto. The average monthly rent for a one bedroom place in that city is $2,330.
