Photo radar tickets to resume mail-out delivery

According to the Lethbridge Police Service, automated traffic enforcement or photo radar violation tickets will resume being mailed out this week.

Over the past month, due to the recent postal strike, contracted members of the Corps of Commissionaires have been hand-delivering tickets to the homes of registered owners.

With the strike moving to a rotating status, Lethbridge Police will begin mailing automated traffic enforcement tickets beginning Wednesday.

Police would also like to remind you automated traffic enforcement tickets are always mailed/delivered to the address of the vehicle’s registered owner – never texted.

Payments/non-payments are dealt with by Alberta Courts and Alberta Registries.
