Property assessments mailed out this week

Property owners in Lethbridge were mailed property assessments this week.

If you’re signed up for eNotices, you will receive one Friday via email through your MyCity account.

“If an assessment notice has not been received by Jan. 19, please call 3-1-1 to get a copy,” notes the City of Lethbridge.

Property owners can also view and reprint assessment notices by registering their property through MyCity at Lethbridge.ca/MyCity.

Questions about property assessments can be directed to assessment staff through 3-1-1 or by email at assessment@lethbridge.ca.

“If a property owner has met with a city assessor and still isn’t satisfied with the assessed value of the property, a formal complaint can be filed prior to the appeal deadline,” the City adds.
