Help name the City of Lethbridge’s new 3-1-1 chatbot

Hear ye, hear ye — the City of Lethbridge wants you to help name a new 3-1-1 chatbot.

The City’s new digital assistant is now available to provide quick answers to frequently asked questions about programs and services.

The chatbot increases access to 3-1-1 information by handling routine inquiries with zero wait times, while ensuring residents can still connect with customer service specialists.

Customers can still chat with a specialist for official service requests, complex billing issues, or personalized support during business hours.

This blended resource allows the City to combine innovative digital tools with the expertise and care of its 3-1-1 team.

As part of the launch, the City is asking you to participate in a naming contest to give the chatbot an identity that reflects Lethbridge’s community spirit.

You’re encouraged to submit creative, fun, or meaningful name ideas through Get Involved Lethbridge.

The naming contest is open from Apr. 28 to May 15.
