Police continue search for woman last seen at the end of March

Investigators are seeking assistance from the public as efforts continue to locate a Lethbridge woman missing since March.

According to Lethbridge Police Service officials, Araya Riemann was last seen March 25 in Galt Gardens and has not been in contact with family or friends since that time.

Police said extensive efforts to locate Riemann have been unsuccessful and members of the Criminal Investigation Division have now taken over the case.

She is considered an at-risk person because of what police described as a high-risk lifestyle. Officials state they are concerned for her safety.

Riemann is described as a Caucasian woman with brown hair and green eyes. Police said she is approximately five-foot-two with a thin build.

Investigators believe Riemann may have travelled to Cranbrook or British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, but her current whereabouts remain unknown.

Anyone who has seen Riemann or has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Lethbridge police at 403-328-4444 and reference file number 26008012.

Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Crime Stoppers or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
