Lethbridge Police investigate early morning stabbing

Two people are in hospital after a stabbing incident in the Fairmont neighbourhood.

The Lethbridge Police Service says they responded to the call at a house around 12:30 Friday morning, where a 59-year old male and 59-year-old female were both found with stab wounds. Both were transported to hospital by EMS where they remain in serious but stable condition

Authorities say the incident matter is domestic-related and no other subjects are being sought in connection with the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
