Lethbridge continues to see healthy economic growth.
That, according to the Conference Board of Canada which released its mid-sized cities report Tuesday.
It shows Lethbridge’s economy has fired on all cylinders the past two years, expanding by 5.8% in 2017 and 5.1% in 2018.
Officials say the strong performance can be partially attributed to having a reasonably diversified economy.
The report also highlights jobs growth of 2,900 in the most recent year, led by gains in construction, personal services and information as well as cultural industries, which includes tech-based employment.
