It isn’t something you find every day.Â
The Taber Police Service says members responded to the Taber Interpretive Centre Museum on Thursday after getting a report about an old, intact grenade found at the site.Â
The museum was closed along with the neighbouring Aquafun Centre. Â
Bomb disposal experts with the Canadian Armed Forced were called in to assist.Â
Police say they removed the grenade and did not report any injuries. No further details were released. Both the museum and Aquafun Centre have since reopened. Â
