The Taber Police Service is looking to return an envelope with a significant amount of cash to its owner. According to police, on December 2nd, a Taber business found the envelope and turned it in to police so it could be returned to its owner.
According to the local police service, the cash is in specific denominations and in a financial institution envelope. To claim the money, the rightful owner must tell police what financial institution the envelope is from, how much cash is inside, and what denominations are contained.
As of Monday, December 11th, at 9:30 a.m., the envelope and cash had yet to be claimed.
