Planned power outages to impact northside townhouse complex this week

Residents of the Highland Park Townhomes in north Lethbridge are advised of power outages planned for this week.

The City of Lethbridge said the series of planned outages will impact all residents of the complex from Apr. 28-30, as crews will upgrade underground power lines.

The outages will affect the three townhome properties on a rotating basis, from about 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the following days:

  • Apr. 28 – eight west properties
  • Apr. 29 – eight central properties
  • Apr. 30 – nine east properties

Officials said those impacted by an outage should park their vehicles outside before the outage is set to start, as electric garage doors will not work during an outage.

More information about planned and unplanned outages in Lethbridge is available on the City’s online power outage map.
