Operating hours for municipal facilities in the Lethbridge region will be modified for the holidays.
According to the City of Lethbridge, city hall will be closed from Monday, December 25th until Tuesday, January 2nd. The city’s waste and recycling Centre will be closed on Monday, December 25th and Monday, January 1st, and curbside collection scheduled for Tuesday, December 26th, has been moved to Saturday December 30th. City Transit will run on a Sunday service schedule on Boxing Day and New Years Day, and there will be no transit service on Christmas Day. Park’n’Ride service will also be closed from Thursday, December 21st to Wednesday, December 27th, and again on Monday, January 1st. Lethbridge County offices and the Coaldale’s Town office will be closed will be closed Friday, December 22nd to Monday, January 1st with regular hours starting again Tuesday, January 2nd.
In Coalhurst, the town office will be closed Monday, December 25th to Wednesday, December 27th, and again on Monday, January 1st. While Picture Butte’s municipal building will be closed from Friday, December 22nd to Tuesday, January 26th, as well as New Years Day.
