Lethbridge Sport Council Achievement Awards recipients announced

This week, the Lethbridge Sport Council announced the recipients of the 16th Lethbridge Sport Council Achievement Awards.

The awards recognize outstanding achievements and contributions to sport in Lethbridge in 2025 — on and off the field.

Executive Director Susan Eymann says this year’s recipients represent the remarkable variety of sports thriving in the community. “It’s inspiring to see such diversity reflected across our categories.”

Board Chair Dave Sehn adds the awards ceremony celebrates the incredible achievements of athletes, coaches, volunteers and sport leaders in the community.

Sehn continues to be inspired by the depth of talent, leadership and community spirit demonstrated in Lethbridge sport year after year.

“This year, we received 38 nominations. Those nominations were sent in by community members to help keep our Sport Achievement Awards extremely competitive. Your efforts ensure we can properly recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions being made across our entire community,” notes Sehn.
