Drivers on the north side of Lethbridge are being advised of a closure.
The City has reported that 5 Avenue North is closed between 18 Street and 19 Street North, as crews install a new water service.
Detours are set up for east and westbound traffic.
Officials said the work is planned to be finished on April 30, weather permitting.
Driver are asked to travel with caution, watch for workers and follow posted signs.
