The Blood Tribe Police Service is asking for the public’s help locating an 18-year-old woman reported missing from Standoff on Saturday.

Police received a missing-person report for Danica Mistaken Chief at about 6:40 p.m. on Oct. 24 after family members were unable to find her at home.

Mistaken Chief was last seen at about 4:40 a.m. that day, when she was dropped off at her home, according to police.

Her purse and cellphone were later found outside the home. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Police said there were no signs of foul play but expressed concern for her safety.
