LPS to gauge resident satisfaction with phone survey

Lethbridge residents may get a phone call asking about police over the next few weeks. IPSOS will conduct a random phone survey starting Aug. 28 on behalf of the Lethbridge Police Service (LPS).

The community survey is meant to help evaluate the performance of the police service and gather information on residents’ satisfaction.

The survey is confidential and will take 15-20 minutes to complete.

“For residents who receive a call, please consider participating. Your views are important to LPS and will be an integral part of our planning process as we set our goals and objectives for the coming year,” reads a news release from LPS.

Information will be shared with the public this fall.
