The University of Lethbridge has a new dean in the Faculty of Fine Arts.
Dr. Mary Ingraham is heading to southern Alberta after spending time in the Department of Music at the U of A. She’s currently the director of the Sound Studies Institute and professor of musicology.
Ingraham, who was born and raised n Nova Scotia, says she’s really excited for the next big challenge in her career. “I’m really excited about the chance to participate in different types of conversations about post-secondary learning. I’m very keen on the bigger picture conversations and possibilities that are available at the dean level.”
She will assume her new role as dean at the U of L starting this fall.
